Beschreibung
Outstanding lightly worn Luftwaffe Fallschirmjäger jump smock constructed of heavy cotton twill in the Sumpftarn camouflage pattern. The exterior camouflage side displays vividly printed hard-edged green and brown segments on a tan base, while the reverse side is executed in a deep olive-tan tone. The interior features white flat-cotton pocket panels. The smock retains the full complement of originally sewn blue glass front closure buttons. Snap fasteners are a mixture of PYRM 6 marked and unmarked examples, all present and operational. All four white nylon zippers function correctly; the zipper pulls are marked “Ri-Ri”. Internal wind cuffs are made of blue-grey rayon and show only minimal signs of wear. Rear attachment fittings are complete and undamaged. The integrated pistol holster is present and intact. The garment is stamped in black ink with RBNr 0/0274/0042 and size designation IIa. The machine-embroidered Luftwaffe national emblem on grey twill backing is factory zig-zag machine sewn to the chest. The smock shows only the slightest traces of wear to the internal wind cuffs and minor surface oxidation to a few of the snaps. Otherwise, an exceptionally well-preserved example that could nearly be described as unissued. Very fine and scarce Fallschirmjäger Knochensack.Zustand: I - Fragen zum Los?
