Black lacquered leather body, gilt rounded front visor trim; gilt officer front plate of Prussian Eagle with scrolled "FWR", attached by two screw posts; gilt convex chin scales with rosette side posts; Imperial Officer cockade; light tan leather sweatband, green silk lining; officer black and silver field badge, red officer rabatte with silver cord trim (restored), officer silver cord with black fleckings (incomplete, only tassels); mortar board cracks in lacquer from age.
