Fine dark blue wool (scattered minor holes and repairs) featuring braiding made of black-incised gilt cord (partially rubbed), gilt rosettes, and silver-plated ribbed barrel-shaped toggles; two side pockets; a silver-embroidered rank star for a lieutenant on each collar tip; shoulder strap made of black-incised gilt cord.
