Description

Slightly curved, wedge-section blade (stained, traces of rust, partially pitted), four fullers near the spine on each side, yelman with a back edge, decorative etchings in the upper section on both sides with hussar on horseback, scrollwork and “Vivat Hussar”. Non-ferrous metal knuckle-bow hilt, black leather-covered grip wtih a decorative rosette on each side. Scabbard with wooden core, black leather covering and black-patinated non-ferrous metal fittings, two movable suspension rings. Signs of use and age. Length 93.5 cm.
