Description
Broad, slightly curved single-edged blade (stained), flat fuller on each side, double-edged point, the upper section etched on both sides with decorative motifs including a sword arm, sun, crescent moon, stars, etc. Brass knuckle-bow hilt with additional S-shaped quillon arms, black leather covering on the grip, lion head pommel. Broad scabbard with wooden core, black leather covering (pressure marks) and brown-black patinated brass fittings, two movable suspension rings. Signs of age and use. Length 100 cm. Cf.
