Description
Slender, slightly curved single-edged blade (pitted) with two fullers on each side, yelmen and double-edged point, the ricasso of the blade etched on both sides with a antique profile head, scrollwork and Latin inscriptions. Brass knuckle-bow hilt with lion's head pommel, thumb ring on the obverse, black leather-covered grip with a decorative rosette on each side. Accompanied by a black leather-covered scabbard with wooden core and smooth black-patinated brass fittings, with two movable suspension rings. Signs of wear and age.
