Octagonal, in the centre slightly waisted barrel rifled with six grooves in 9.5 mm calibre. Dovetail iron sights. Signature "Wolf Praun Schmit 1655" with cross mark struck at the breech. Lock with semi-internal wheel, sliding pan cover, engraved hammer. Trigger with adjustable set trigger. Walnut full stock with engraved bone nose. Inlaid into the cheekpiece a plaque of engraved mother-of-pearl. Patchbox with spring-loaded lid. Iron indented finger guard, wooden ramrod with engraved bone tip.
