Description
Small portrait photograph wearing a field-grey shako (contemporary paper print). Certificate of ownership EK II, 2 March 1917; provisional certificate for the “Württemberg Silver Military Merit Medal”, 9 August 1918; discharge certificate, 8 January 1919; certificate for the “1914–18 War Commemorative Medal of the Kyffhäuser Federation”, 23 March 1925; letter regarding a reunion of former members of the unit dated 2 October 1935, accompanied by two group photographs. Written summons to attend a medical examination on 29 March 1944 and the subsequent provisional medical examination card, a small book entitled “Machine-Gun Snipers in the Field 1916–1918” and a card featuring the “Machine-Gun Song”. Also included are two photographs of his brother. Signs of age and wear; partly cracked, stained and creased. A unique and rare collection.Condition: II Questions about the lot?
