Description

Well-preserved, slightly curved pipe-backed blade (no manufacturer), nickel-plated, lavishly etched on both sides with the Württemberg antler coat of arms below the crown and cavalry trophies. Nickel-plated iron basket guard with eight piercings and two strap slots on the crossguard, fish-scale grip with wire winding, intact finger strap. Nickel-plated iron scabbard with two movable suspension rings. Rust on guard and scabbard, signs of use and age. Length 101 cm. Rare.
