Description

Blade of hollow triangular section (darkened, traces of rust), the upper part etched on all sides with trophies and tendrils (traces of gilding and bluing). Lavishly relief-decorated gilt knuckle-bow hilt of non-ferrous metal (loose), on the guard plate a wreath below a crown (lily missing). Ebony handle. Slightly damaged in places, signs of use and age. Length circa 94 cm.
