Description

Sturdy, straight back blade with double-edged head. Etched signature “G. H. Kohl Waffenfabrikant in Stuttgart” on the obverse at the base. Sturdy brass crossguard, marked “117” on the reverse, above it a slightly loose, blade-inclined, shell-shaped brass guard plate. Hilt of blackened wood with brass ferrule and pommel cap. Leather scabbard with brass mounts. Length 51 cm.
