Description
This box was intended for the “Greek” rotors Beta and Gamma, as well as the narrow reversal rotors “B” and “C”. Externally it is distinguished by the red number and internally by the vertical and horizontal rotor housings. Light-coloured wooden case with phosphated metal parts, the lock with keys, the carrying handle of olive-coloured linen and the shield with the running number in red “M 6899 a”. On the inside, the screwed/glued wooden blocks with green felt covering. The lid on iron hinge with matching “counter-block” (four missing) and the stamp “Marineoberkommando in Norway – Druckschriftenverwaltung”. Dimensions 26 x 15 x 13 cm.
