Description

British manufacture. One-piece skull with overlapping soldered rim , rough-textured exterior paint; the retaining strap riveted at the crown with felt padding, the liner with black ersatz-material sweatband and a chinstrap (damaged) on split-pin retaining bails. Struck with the stamp “HS 450”? On the side, typical veteran-applied painting with the rainbow emblem, golden rank chevrons, initials and inscription.
