Description

Double-edged gladius blade (stained), with a central ridge on both sides, the slightly worn manufacturer's mark of the Königliche Manufacory Chatellerault without year at the ricasso, two proof stamps on the opposite side. Iron cross hilt with smooth, bulbous wooden grip (minor defect at the base). Signs of use and age. Length 64 cm.
