Description

Cal. 9mmLuger, SN. 9809b, matching numbers. Mirror bore. Mag holds eight rounds. Chamber area marked "1916". German proof and acceptance marks. Original finish with rubbing on high edges, some small pitting in the muzzle area. Small parts retain some strawing, the left grip screw with some surface corrosion and some damage to the slot. Impeccable walnut grips with fine checkering, marked "EWB" (Einwohnerwehr Bayern; trlt. "Bavarian Citizens' Militia"). Proper magazine with unmarked wooden base.
