Single-edged blade with double fullers on both sides (a few minor stains and pitting) and a double-edged central point. The manufacturer's stamp "Carl Eickhorn Solingen" at the root, the inspection mark "W13" below a crown on the spine. Knuckle-bow hilt in non-ferrous metal with openwork guard plate, depicting an eagle with imperial crown. Fish-scale grip (rubbed) with gilt metal appliqué "WRII" and wire winding, the imperial crown on the pommel. Sword knot with replaced leather band attached. Steel scabbard (re-lacquered in black) with one movable suspension ring. Slightly damaged here and there, signs of age and use. Length 110 cm. A rare find.
