Description

Vollplastische Bronzestatuette des Gottes Apollon in aufrechter Standposition mit charakteristischem Hüftschwung (Kontrapost). Hexagonaler Sockel als Standfläche; dieser ist antik, jedoch nicht ursprünglich zugehörig. Durchgehend dunkelgrüne bis graubraune Patina mit partiellen Korrosionsschichten. Der rechte Unterarm fehlt. Höhe der Bronze 15,5 cm, mit Sockel 19 cm. KULTURGUT!

Provenance: Französische Privatsammlung. Erworben bei Gorny & Mosch, München, Auktion vom 30. Juni 2017. Sammlung Josef Brewi, Saarland, Deutschland, 1980–2007.
