Description

The slightly curved, single-edged blade with a slightly widened, double-edged point and shallow fullers on both sides. The point broken, some pitting on the lower third. The flat quillons with sturdy shell-shaped guard plate on the obverse, a bow with thumb ring on the other side. Original (?) grip of polished staghorn, engraved with geometric décor. Rectangular, pagoda-shaped iron pommel. Length 89 cm.
