Description

Octagonal to round barrel, smooth bore, Cal. 17.5 mm. Flintlock, the rear of the lockplate curved, marked "Manuf. Imp. de St. Étienne" ahead of the cock. Walnut half-stock with furniture part iron, part brass. Rear of trigger guard iron, front brass. A sling bar on the side plate. The ramrod a later addition, pitted at the tip. Length 109 cm.
