Cal. 8x57 IS, SN. 178d, Nummerngleich inkl. Beschlägen. Minimal rauer Lauf. Visier skaliert 5 - 12. Auf der Hülse bezeichnet "S / C.G. Haenel Suhl/1891", links "Kar.88.". Undeutlicher Truppenstempel einer Train Abteilung". Brünierung nur noch partiell am Magazinkasten vorhanden. Laufmantel und Beschlagteile gereinigt / gebürstet, teils fleckig und leicht narbig, ungesicherte Kastenschrauben. Schloss und Hülse weißfertig, fleckig. Schöner Nussholzschaft mit originaler Patina, Abnahmestempel. Länge 95 cm.
