The internal lock springs with finely engraved edges. The brass sideplate fully covered with an engraved hunting scene. Needle trigger with set trigger. Beautifully carved walnut full stock with a horn end. The lid of the patchbox fluted with horn inlays. On the cheekpiece an escutcheon of mother-of-pearl, surrounded by fine inlays of bone. An AUgspurg Pyr mark on top of the stock. Iron butt cap with deeply chiselled tendrils. Trigger and trigger guard with remainders of gilding. Wooden ramrod with dark horn tip.
