Description

Bronze, braun patiniert. Auf quadratischem Sockel, rs. Gießereistempel "H.S. München". Reparierter Riss über linkem Knöchel. Partiell berieben, Gebrauchs- und Altersspuren. Gesamthöhe 77 cm. König Friedrich II. von Preußen kaufte das antike Original im Jahr 1747 und ließ die Knabenfigur so aufstellen, dass er sie von seiner Bibliothek in Sanssouci aus sehen konnte.
