Cal. 9 mm Luger, SN. 5564t, an unmarked DWM Luger from the so-called "Riff" contract for the Hannover Landjäger police force. Matching numbers, but most small parts without serial numbers (correct). Bright bore. Proof marks Crown/N. With both Schiwy and Walther safety (rare!). Top of receiver and front toggle link without any markings. Acceptance mark Eagle/WaA66. The finish is an old rebluing. Small parts strawed. Walnut grips. The nickel-plated magazine with aluminum bottom, marked "1 / 5564 / 217", where "217" matches the police unit markings also found on the brown police-issue holster ("L.H.217"). Strong stitching, pull strap, varnish mostly rubbed off. Maker's mark "A. Fischer / Berlin C. 2 / 1929", below which a police star and the above mentioned unit marking. Holster holds a spare magazine with matching number "3 / 5564 / 217" and a tool, also numbered "217".
