Six-piece medal bar, including the 1939 Iron Cross 2nd Class (sewn on upside down), Army Long Service Awards for 12 and 4 years, and the 1937 German Red Cross Decoration (2nd Class). Accompanied by the matching ribbon bar. An empty case for the War Merit Cross 1st Class with Swords. Award documents for the Front-Fighter's Cross (FEK), Army Long Service Awards (3rd and 4th Class), German Red Cross Decoration (2nd Class, dated 20 April 1939), Iron Cross 2nd Class (26 June 1940), and War Merit Cross 1st Class (20 April 1942); also appointment documents for the ranks of Oberarzt and Stabsarzt, a military ID card, and other documents. Items show varying degrees of folding, edge wear, or creasing.
