Description
Tall, stiff skull covered with fine black linen fabric (minor losses), the band, visor and lid of black leather. To the front an embossed hunting horn symbol of nickel silver, inserted at top a green wool pompom. Thin black leather flap lining (minor losses, cracks), thin black leather chinstrap. Inside the lid a slip of paper with old text in Fraktur “Thorsperre zu Braunsc ...”. Incomplete, partially slightly damaged, signs of wear and age.
