Description

Each with printed titulature, appointment formulae and handwritten entries. Patent to assistant surgeon 1st class in the Landwehr, 1st levy (Nuremberg), dated Linderhof, 8 August 1891, below which the original ink signature of Prince Regent Luitpold and a blind-embossed seal. Comes with the patent to senior staff surgeon, dated Roubaix, 14 January 1916, below which the original ink signature of King Ludwig III and a blind-embossed seal. Each re-framed with mat and glass. Signs of age and wear. Dimensions 43 x 33 cm each. Fine condition.
