Description
Sturdy thrusting blade of diamond section (stained), with double fuller on each side for half the length, the base of the blade marked “B” and with manufacturer's etching by Coulaux, Klingenthal. Brass knuckle-bow hilt with two guard plates, on the tierce side the fasces before a flag trophy, the quarte-side guard plate foldable (locking mechanism defective). Cast grip with simulated winding, decorated with oak and laurel foliage. Black leather scabbard with brass mounts (refinished black surface). Slightly damaged in places, signs of age. Length 96 cm.
