Description
Collector's replica. Sturdy, single-edged blade with double fullers on both sides, the spine with the imitated maker's inscription “Mfture Imple du Klingenthal Octobre 1813”, on the obverse at the ricasso the acceptance stamps “B” and “L”. Brass knuckle-bow guard with three obverse guard bars and oval shell-guard, the knuckle-bow with the number stamps “287” and “2434”. Heavy iron scabbard with two movable suspension rings. Imitated stamps on blade, guard and scabbard. Signs of use and age. Length 117 cm.Condition: II Questions about the lot?
