Cal. 15,4 mm, S/No. “6489”, matching numbers including bolts and ramrod, except bayonet. Rifled bore with four lands and grooves, some pitting, but good profile. Round barrel, stand-up rear sight with two flaps, several marks ahead of the receiver. The receiver marked on the left with maker's mark, on the right side with year of make “1859”. Bolt action with needle. Full-stock with brass furniture. Iron butt cap with unit marking “99.L.II.3.183.1.”. Iron ramrod. Length 143 cm. Matching triangular bayonet, a bit mottled. Length 56 cm.
