Description

Round barrel with five-groove rifled bore in 18.5 mm calibre. Front sight soldered onto the upper barrel band, adjustable rear sight on top, above the chamber year “1842” and various acceptance marks, behind the rear sight number “0695”. Percussion lock with maker's name “Saarn”, strong main spring. Walnut full-stock with brass furniture. On the iron butt plate unit marking “33.R.8.106”. Rear sight and barrel band fittings reblued. Surfaces cleaned. Iron ramrod. The carry strap sewn-on, not removable. Length 144 cm.
