Description

Cal. .30-06Spring, SN. 1058333, barrel length 60 cm, matte bore. German proof marks 1971. The chamber area marked “U. S. / SPRINGFIELD / ARMORY / Model 1903 / MARK I”, below which serial number. Made in 1918. Original grey phosphate finish on all parts, minor arsenal traces. The stock refinished, with three sling swivels. Bayonet lug removed. Presumably an arsenal rework in good condition. Length 110 cm.
