Description

Sturdy thrusting blade of triangular section with deep fullers on all sides. Short iron quillons with robust terminals and thumb ring. Grip with black-dyed shagreen cover and iron ferrules. Double-tapered pommel. Iron scabbard with fine etched Renaissance decoration on the obverse, moveable suspension loop on the reverse. Surfaces partially slightly pitted. Length 30 cm.
