Description

Axe with extended parade and curved, single-edged blade. Socket offset downward with an elongated hexagonal socket hole. Blade cleaned, pitted. Accompanying knife with slightly curved spine blade, marked twice on the quart side. Conical tang. Restored, slightly pitted, chip to the blade spine. Length 26.5 cm. Also accompanied by seven crossbow bolts with different tips. Lengths 6.5 to 11 cm. Additionally a cannonball, pitted. Diameter 38 mm. Cultural Asset!

Provenance: German private collection, acquired in the 1980s from the German art trade.
