Description

The narrow, double-edged thrusting blade of flattened hexagonal section. Narrow fullers on both sides of the upper third with engraved border, struck with the monogram „AM (?). The ricasso with fullers on both sides. Iron swept hilt with extended, straight quillons, one barely visible repair where it joins the crosspiece. The hilt spirally fluted with iron wire winding and Turk's heads. Slightly conical, octagonal pommel with a distinct, riveted finial. Length 117.5 cm.
