Cal. .44(BlackPowder), SN. 18627, matching numbers. Barrel length 20 cm, bright bore with good rifling. The barrel shortened by approx. 3 mm. Six shots. German silver front sight. The dove-tailed rear sight a period modification. On top of the barrel company marking "Address Saml. Colt New York City", on the left of the frame "Colts Patent". Trigger guard and grip straps made of silver-plated brass, most of the plating rubbed off. Unmarked walnut grips. The bluing partly touched up. Length 37 cm.
