Description

The gilt eagle of hollow construction, its wings outstretched, mounted on a silver-plated wreath inset with a swastika. The gilt socket with a horizontal slot for the flagpole on the back, the manufacturer's mark "Gahr München" engraved on the back, dated "1935". Used for standards of the SS, SA, NSFK and NSKK. Height approx. 29.5 cm. Showing slight traces of age and use. Extremely rare find.
