Fine, field-grey cloth (a few small moth holes) with dull grey lacing, interwoven in black, the rosettes and toggles braided in grey and black thread. Two side pockets, the stitched shoulder boards braided in silver thread (darkened) interwoven in black, each with two rank stars in gilt metal and lined in good-quality dark blue cloth, grey lacquered shoulder buttons with a crown. Numerous order loops, two order ribbons (Prussia and Mecklenburg) below the second toggle on the button placket. Brown silk lining with two inside pockets at the breast and two coattail pockets, the sleeves lined in white (torn). Slightly damaged in places, signs of age and wear.
