Description
Tunic in blue fabric with collar, piping and lapels in red facing colour, smooth white buttons, braid for non-commissioned officers, two sergeant's buttons on the stand-up collar, red shoulder boards with squadron buttons „4". Marksmanship lanyard, order loops, three fencing chevrons on the right upper sleeve, blue silk lining with inside breast pocket, new collar band. Also includes the blue trousers (repair to the seam of the seat) with red stripes down the sides. A cuirassier's heavy cavalry sword M 54 (length 108 cm) with nickel-plated single-edged blade (abraded in places), struck with the Solingen Wolfsangel mark and the banner of allegiance on both sides. Gilt non-ferrous metal hilt, the grip covered in brown leather (minor defects) and triple wire winding. Nickel-plated iron scabbard (abraded, small dents, traces of rust) with two movable suspension rings. Separate thong for non-commissioned officers. Moreover, a leather belt, a hanger to be worn under the tunic and three hanger straps, the white renewed in each case. Also comes with the parade plume of white horsehair with a narrow, fluted funnel in silver-plated brass (abraded), new cardboard case. Slightly damaged in places, signs of age, a few repairs.
