Description
Black lacquered leatherbody (slightly sunken, craquelure) with silvered fittings (worn). Silvered brass emblem with pins, neck guard, detachable fluted finial on a cross-shaped plate with three star-head screws, fourth hole at the front of the bell unused. Convex leather-lined chin straps on plug-in rosettes, national cockade and state cockade made of lacquered sheet metal (worn). Matte green silk grosgrain lining (partially detached from the edge), ochre-colored leather sweatband. Field-gray fabric cover for officers (ink stamp "D.R.P."). Partially slightly damaged, signs of wear and age. The wearer's name can be provided to the buyer.Condition: II Questions about the lot?
