Description

Blei. Zwei Plaketten mit geschweiftem, dreifach gewelltem Oberrand und geperlter Rahmenleiste; eine mit Reiterdarstellung in offenem Relieffeld und separater Figurenregisterzone, die andere mit zentralem Rundmedaillon und mit Relieffiguren besetzten Zwickeln. Bräunlich-graue bzw. dunkelbraun-rötliche Patina mit flächiger Oxidation; Risse von der Rückseite her geschlossen. Maße 9 × 7,5 cm bzw. 9 × 8 cm. Repräsentative Zeugnisse des im 3. Jhdt. n. Chr. in den römischen Balkanprovinzen weitverbreiteten Donaureiterkults (Cultus Danubiensis). KULTURGUT!
