Description

Octagonal, smooth bore barrel in 8 mm calibre, slightly constricted in the middle. The lock fitted with an external wheel and sliding pan cover. Hair trigger with German release. The walnut full stock with lavish inlays of engraved bone. Depiction of hunting scenes, various game and hounds amidst floral tendrils. Several repairs to the stock. Patch box with a spring catch and sliding lid. Iron fingered trigger guard. The wooden ramrod with bone tip and bullet puller on the opposite side. Associated wheellock wrench enclosed. Length 67.5 cm.
