Narrow thrusting blade of flattened diamond section. Long ricasso cut with double fullers, two illegible smith's marks struck on both sides where it joins the blade. Slightly S-shaped, curved quillons with remnants of fine fullers and ornamental ribs. Narrow, slightly tapered tang, the sturdy disc pommel heavily recessed on one side. Remarkable thrusting sword with a sturdy ricasso to overlap onto the blade. Length 117 cm.Condition: III + Questions about the lot?
