Distinctly domed breastplate with a medial ridge. The upper edge with a prominent flange turned inwards. Articulated arm-gussets at the side with angular flanges. Three apertures on the right to attach the lance rest, two suspension holes struck on the top edge. The Nuremberg proof mark stamped at the side. Iron strap loops preserved on the shoulders. The attached original fauld sliding on two lames. Height 42 cm. Beautiful late Gothic breastplate in excellent condition.Condition: II Questions about the lot?
