The sturdy, double-edged blade cut with deep, offset fullers on both sides. Calligraphic cartouches inlaid in gold and silver on both sides, lavish, silver-inlaid floral ornaments at the root. Riveted grip scales carved in crystalline walrus ivory and dark horn. Silver grip rivets with blue enamelled décor, silver grip frame in relief. The pommel set with five coral cabochons. Wooden scabbard covered in shagreen leather, carrying strap and chape in gilt silver with blue enamel. Length 65 cm.Condition: II + Questions about the lot?
