Holztafel mit zwei Rückseiten-Sponki (verloren). Anna liegt auf ihrem Wochenbett. Sie ist von zwei Dienerinnen umgeben. Joachim erscheint rechts oben. Im unteren Bereich wird das erste Bad für Maria vorbereitet. Seitlich vier weitere Szenen um die Geburt. Vier Randheilige: Schutzengel, Heiliger Blasius, Anastasia und Pelagia. Rückseite wurmstichig. Zwei Ecken bestoßen. Maße 35,5 x 30 cm.
