Description

Porzellan, farbig bemalt. Auf einem hohen Rocaillensockel sitzende Muse, eine Querflöte spielend. Unterseite mit Schwertermarke (1. Wahl), Nr. "70512" und "701D". Höhe 40,5 cm. Vgl. Bergmann Bd. III/1, Abb. 2140. Aus der Serie der Musen. Euterpe ist die Muse der lyrischen Poesie und Tonkunst, was durch das Attribut der Flöte dargestellt wird.
