Description

The silver trim stamped "Sterling", along with the hoopoe head (Vienna's hallmark for .935 silver from 1922) and the German mark of fineness "935", the panels and interior inlaid with imitation tortoise shell, one inner side with a swivelling mirror, below which a large compartment with an extremely fine-toothed comb, the other side with two fold-out pockets for make-up utensils. Dark yellow (amber?) cabochons, dark brown carrying cord and a green tassel attached. Dimensions of the bag 9 x 4.5 x 2 cm. Extremely elegant design with high-quality workmanship.
