Description

A portrait photograph, Eva Braun wearing a summer dress and a necklace, her hair pinned-up and decorated with blossoms. On the lower rim a handwritten dedication in dark ink "Dem lieben Molgerl herzlichst Eva. 26.11.38" (To my dear Molgerl love Eva. 26.11.38). Dimensions 18.7 x 13.7 cm.

Provenance: From the estate of Gretl Fegelein/Berlinghoff. According to the family a friend of the family. To our knowledge a previously unknown photograph of Eva Braun, therefore especially rare. Hermann Historica, auction 60 in 2010, lot 3156.
