Cal. 6,5x68, SN. 40.3453, Bright bore. Length 65 cm. Octagonal to round barrel. Wide machined barrel rib with standing rear sight. Marked “Waffen Weber-Trier” on the barrel rib. Marked “LB” (Ludwig Borovnik) within a circle on the side. Ferlach proof marks. Mauser-98 system engraved with arabesques, framed by golden threads, flanked by a polished bolt catch and follower. Additional safety slide at the stock wrist. Nitrated magazine base with ibex in low relief. Gilt German set trigger. Engraved trigger guard with gold inlaid monogram. Distinctively grained, dark walnut stock with pistol handle, Scottish chequering and Bavarian cheekpiece. Length 36.5 cm. Dark exotic wood at the forend. Mounted via Suhl claw mount a Zeiss Diatal 6 x 42 scope, reticle 4.
