Description

Second type, B piece from the workshop of the Hanau jeweller Otto Klein, made of silver with rhinestones. Crafted in several parts and riveted with lateral slits to allow more light to enter and increase the effect of the stones. Punched Klein logo, hallmark "935" and Hanau city mark stamped on the reverse of the left sword. Untouched with traces of wear, one of the larger stones missing. Width of the oak leaves 22.5 mm, overall width 26.4 mm, height 33.7 mm, weight 9.66 g.

The auction includes 608 lots and starts on Friday, Oct. 23, 2020 at 10 am (CET). Lot no. 2001 - 2608. The pre-sale viewing will take place from Oct. 18 - 21 Oct., 2020 from 2 to 6 pm (CET). However, the number of participants for both auction and viewing is limited due to Covid-19 restrictions and requires an appointment. Bring your favourite breathing mask!
